Lots of apps have made it hard or impossible to buy GameStop, which means you probably have to get a regular broker rather than an online one to make the trades.
That’s a barrier to entry considering the level of effort involved. It won’t block people out as much as make them say “frick it” and walk away.

I think a lot of the retards have run out of money to buy coupled with buying restrictions.
Normies have been successfully scared off by buying restrictions and the propaganda that silver, bb, nok and amc are the next ones to hit 1000% gains in 2 weeks.

Hate this. I'm picturing big money shorting this stock again and making even more than they did before.
Pretty much. Since they closed their shorts out and opened new ones along the way

blackrock seems to be the ones pulling all strings here across several markets
im fairly confident they have thousands of reddit and twitter and stocktwits bots they use to manipulate the markets
eta: they reportedly made $2.6 billion on GME

No volume. The restrictions have successfully kept volume low so market makers and HFs can work to get the stock "under control".

Yeah, this GME move turned into some "retail investor revolt" against hedge funds meanwhile hedge funds were making bank with the upwards move
ETA: the amount this GME mania spread was insane. It was akin to the 2017 crypto bull run where grandparents were wanting to buy crypto.
People who have no idea about stocks were talking about GME

Those folks who transferred stock to fidelity at end of last week are prolly gonna have a bad week.
Also so everyone knows I joined rocket31 in the paper hands club this morning. Holding shares costing above 300 seemed stupid the longer I did it. Made 50 by risking 1500 so definitely a wsb quality play

then every other stock/crypto turned into a "short squeeze"
there were people buying into dogecoin because they said they were "going for the short squeeze" while the circulating supply of dogecoin is infinity

now the MSM is putting reddit propaganda everywhere so boomers are going to now turn to the site for financial advice
"reddit buys silver" was all over nearly every MSM outlet yesterday and today
just another way to manipulate an entire generation of people

Will be curious to see what happens once all the Robinhooders get their funds and positions transferred to different brokerages.
