Congrats to all still playing NBIS and another round of applause to BB08. Him and Dawg were calling this price action when it was trading at $21. Wish I would've bet my house on it but I've made more on this stock in a year than any other trades I've ever played. And most of that profit is just from holding shares.

As a short term holder of this (got in a $90) should some profits be taken now? I'm waffling lol

Same, thought about $133 and remembered last November when I bought the dip way to early and it dropped to the 80’s…. Congrats to all that held

that's a personal risk question. but we are still early in this AI cycle. just do some due diligence then adjust accordingly

I sold a small portion at 45 thinking my 35% gain was pretty good...still up bigly on the balance of shares I kept.

i would do that. but doesn't it still trigger a taxable gain, even if you just sell enough to take your initial investment out?

A lot of folks buy and sell this stock because of it's volatility. I would warn that it was over $165 3 weeks ago and dipped to under $135 (a week ago) and now it's over $170.

There is money to be made selling the peaks and buying the valleys, but you be sure to tell me how you know when it has peaked.

The other thing that may or may not be of concern to you is the taxes. Holding long term can save you on taxes, if you the stock you are selling bumps you up a tax bracket or two.

I second the note of appreciation for BB88. This has been a helluva ride. I which IT_Dawg would get back up in here on the reg. I realize it won't be like it was prior to the first MSFT deal, but I appreciated his industry insight and he made it more fun.

Thanks, I forgot to mention I'm holding this in an IRA so no immediate tax implications.

Speaking off tax implications, I sold my first 108 shares last Friday at $155 out for a brokerage after holding for over a year fully planning on buying back today. I guess I’ll wait a few days to see if we get another valley.

Just read the main Reddit thread. Those guys have a knack for selling at the very top dollar every time there's a peak.

But they don't tell you about it until after it's hit the valley though
