Interesting that it appears they used Kochs tech for the DFS. Getting good results from the pilot though. They have run a lot of material through the plant. My guess is Kochs stuff is more readily available and cheaper, which gives you better DFS results...

Mintak also said the results from the Lanxess DFS/FEED were “to be reported shortly”. Any guesses as to what “shortly” means in Mintak speak?

That was just a typo, clearly I meant 'P'FS, not 'D'FS....

Premarket open at $4.52
Lower than I sold three days ago.
I guess we will never see $12 again.
Maybe $5

What'd you sell at 3 days ago? I bet we hit that today.

Might hit your $5 target today, too, why not? You have any shares left or you offload completely?

So you don't see a project worth over 4x current market cap moving the needle?

Lithium market in general shaping up for another bloody day. Probably not the best day to release news, market sentiment may dampen the response.

Still a beautiful primer for the DFS.

When you out it that way... lol

But I do see his point, why no real FOMO run pre-market?

The timeline could keep the price depressed. No revenue on this project until 2027.

I sold 21000 shares at 4.54 and bought back in at 4.36 with only 10,000 shares

Based on my reading of the report I expected an open above $5 today.
I guess it’s still buy the rumor sell the news. Hope I’m wrong.

That was my take away too. Both processes worked well but the co developed process w/ Koch sounds more commercially adaptable. 12 million gallons processed is quite a bit of throughput

So are they using the Koch tech on the Lanxess project as well then? I guess it doesn’t matter but It virtually makes the patent on SLI’s stuff meaningless.

It does beg the question as to how legitimate they would be without Koch. I'd like to know how far off SLI's tech was from Koch's numbers in this study.

Give it a few days for the retail slaughterhouse... I mean financial media to gussy the story up.

The wrinkle in the patent is that the current demo plant uses tail brine from the bromine plant and not raw brine...

Whelp.... pre-market over and now 45 minutes into the normal trading hours. Guess it's clear this information is baked into the current price. The wait continues....

A little baked in, but it's just not the news the market was looking for. Really needed the DFS first, then the PFS.

Also, yet again SLI manages to release good news on an abysmal market day. Consider that if we hadn't released this today, we'd likely be down 4-5% and the price looks better. $4.55 vs $4.20
