re: Diving deeper on Standard Lithium?

My search produced 75 leases, but some look like several family members signing leases for the same number of acres. Possibly undivided interests in the same acreage? So I don't know how to calculate total acres. I looked at a few of the leases and they are five year Brine leases with a 10 year o...

Thank you for the highlights from the article. Someone had blogged that SLI was negotiating leases in Franklin County as I mentioned in a post on 8/30/23. I researched mineral leases online and believe I have the shell company name for the Franklin County leases, but SLI is trying to be "secret...

This looks like an interesting article about East Texas lithium prospects, but it requires a subscription. Does anyone have a subscription with Longview News-Journal? Highlights...? [link=(https://www.news-journal.com/premium/spindletop-for-the-21st-century-has-the-east-texas-lithium-race-begun...

The way I understand the relationship - Standard Lithium pays Telescope Innovations for Contract Research, but the IP belongs to Telescope Innovations and SLI will have only non-exclusive rights to the IP. I assume SLI will have to pay Telescope Innovations some fee for using the IP? I hope SLI ...

SWA Lithium LLC received a drilling permit last week for a lithium brine well in Lafayette County. Lester No. 1 depth to 9000 ft along Arkansas 313. Is SWA Lithium LLC a subsidiary of SLI?...

I'm not sure how Lanxess right to buy potentially all of the off-take will affect SLI's ability to find a partner to share the build-out costs? I believe most of the companies looking to partner may be interested in the lithium for themselves so I assume the new agreement will limit Lanxess rights ...

This is from the February 2022 agreement: If Lanxess does not acquire an ownership interest: Standard Lithium will own 100% of the Project including customary dividends, distribution, or similar rights; Standard Lithium can elicit bids from other interested parties to buy up to 49% of the Pro...

Lanxess issued a press release. They will provide the brine and lease the land to SLI, but it looks like they will not be participating in the infrastructure for the extraction plant. It will be interesting to see who SLI partners with now. [link=(https://lanxess.com/en/Media/Press-Releases/202...

Exxon has the following statement on their website and has named their project Mobil Lithium: "We have the technology that can extract lithium with fewer carbon emissions, we can deliver a transparent supply chain, and we can scale projects that can reliably execute." So Exxon already has DLE ...

ETNR has also been executing brine leases in Cass County. Someone mentioned ETNR is a Schlumberger related entity? I see a relationship with Werrus Energy but no info on Schlumberger, so that may not be good info. I believe Werrus Energy is a private equity fund located in Houston....

Oil majors interested in lithium extraction as mentioned in a Financial Times article 06/24/23. Schlumberger, Occidental, BP, Shell.. The article said two sources indicated Schlumberger was interested in the Smackover leases purchased by Exxon. I'm not ruling out Tesla, as they are rampin...

The leases are for a 5-year term with extension for a further 10-year period with the first renewal due or expiry in July 2027. Th...

It was nice to see the Chairman of the Committee on Natural Resources Representative Bruce Westerman include Standard Lithium in his responses and talk about how SLI is ahead of the curve with their pilot plant. It would be easy to let Exxon suck all of the air out of the discussions, so I was glad ...

Do we know how they plan to spend the money to be raised from the shelf offering? Never mind - I found the Use of Proceeds section in the Prospectus. I was hoping to see the exercise of options on the 35,000 acres of Tetra mineral properties, but that wasn't mentioned in the Prospectus. ...

Mintak mentioned possible partnership with an energy company at the Jan 6 EV conference but Exxon and Tetra have obviously not made a final decision on the DLE process yet.
