I also think that when an investor scrolls down and sees multiple lawsuits announced, it doesn't help short term.
Has a lawsuit been filed? All I have seen are lawyers investigating. And now that the stock is 10% higher than when the piece came out it is hard to say SLI has done anything wrong. People may have lost money, but it was because they chose to listen to a short seller. If that lawsuit is successful the floodgates would be open for everyone to file anytime they lose money.

I would like to thank Blue Orca for giving me the opportunity to lower my cost basis before this incredible run up

Ha! Not sure what boat is on my Want list right now, but if I sell her, I'll certainly let you know!
But seriously, if it hits for me, it will for you too!

I seriously doubt it, but an investor just skimming may see the multiple suits mentioned and back off. Just part of it I guess.
And yet another one at 4:31 today per my TDA "news".
Someone still working to keep the price down.

44k shares traded....I'm unsure what is typical AH.
Food for thought: LAC is prevenue and losing $0.50/share w/ $5B market cap.
IMO we get there from current $1.6B quicker than any here expect... like 2 or 3 of the right press releases. Market is begging for a lead horse. I'm long. LFG!!!

As pissed as we all were at Blue Orca. They really did provide an amazing opportunity for those of us who realized their report was BS from the start. I can thank them for 300 more shares and some free money by way of selling December $7.50 puts when the price was depressed. Sitting at 4,000 shares now.

I would also like to thank them for my 20 calls at .43. They closed today at 1.55. I’m hoping for 2.50 soon.

Another dle lithium company signs a deal with an automaker. This time it's Vulcan Energy Resources signed a deal to provide lithium to Stellantis (Fiat, Chrysler).
This time it's in the Rhine Valley of Germany, where they'll basically be doing the same thing as SLI.....
"Vulcan Energy Resources will produce battery-grade lithium hydroxide from a brine project in the Upper Rhine Valley in Germany. Generally, lithium is produced either via hard rock mining or from brine deposit extraction. While both have environmental drawbacks, Vulcan’s site will use renewable geothermal energy to power the lithium extraction process.
The project will also re-inject the spent brine in a closed-loop cycle, leaving no residual waste, such as production tailings. The project in Germany will use a fraction of water and land compared to other brine projects, such as those found in South America – which means a smaller carbon footprint and potentially a lower operational expenditure, the German-Australian company added on its website."

What auto manufacturers do NOT have a lithium deal yet?

Ford and Tesla maybe? Not sure about GM either.
The Piedmont thing blew up for Tesla I think, so they should be looking for a new supplier.
Don't quote me on any of that though becauseI'm honestlynot sure. Lol

I'm checking out the Lithium recycling company Koch invested in as well. Li-cycle (LICY) Haven't had much time. Down about a $1/share from recent highs. $2.077B market cap.
