I haven’t seen one indication that the debt is being reduced. Please show me some statistics showing that it is.

He should just pay the debt down with the tariff tax instead of giving out more “free” money

Got it. That sucks. I figured it’d be from the whole sale, not divided up by the lots I bought. Damn

Thanks

But what I’m confused about is how I put in $1997 and it’s showing I put in $4300+?

Wash-sale rule

Posted by Ballstein32 on 10/14/25 at 3:39 pm
I understand the basics of the wash-sale rule, but I’m confused on what happened to me….

I had a stock for several years, bought anywhere from $1 up to $7. I was able to eventually get my cost basis down to $2.56 and it finally jumped up to $2.69 when I sold everything. Made maybe $100 off of it.

All of the shares above the $2.69 I sold at I’ve held for several years

Like an idiot I bought in again at $1.97 for 1000 shares 16 days after I sold the stock. So I spent about $1997 on it.

The stock is at $2.51 now.

But when I look at my portfolio it’s showing me at a cost basis of $4,429. And roughly a 42% loss.

How is this possible?
Promising news on the processing of rare earth minerals from American Rare Earths

LINK

“The recent metallurgical advancement at American Rare Earths' Halleck Creek project represents a significant milestone in domestic rare earth element (REE) processing technology. This breakthrough specifically addresses the historically challenging impurity removal stage for allanite-based rare earth deposits, solving a technical hurdle that has limited economic processing of these resources for decades.

The innovation centers on a specialized neutralization process that effectively eliminates contaminants while preserving valuable rare earth content, fundamentally transforming the economic viability of processing allanite-hosted REE deposits in North America. Furthermore, this advancement could play a crucial role in supporting the critical minerals energy transition that global economies are currently undergoing.

The Technical Innovation Explained

The breakthrough involves a specialized neutralization technique using magnesium oxide (MgO) as the optimal neutralizing reagent. This approach effectively separates unwanted elements from valuable rare earth minerals in the leachate solutions through a multi-stage process:

Primary Neutralization Stage: Removes 99.8% of iron, 99.4% of titanium, and 92.9% of thorium
Secondary Neutralization Stage: Eliminates more than 96% of aluminum and 95% of titanium
Silica Management: Achieves 89% silica removal during primary processing
What makes this approach revolutionary is the minimal rare earth element loss—less than 1% during primary neutralization—compared to conventional methods that typically sacrifice significant portions of valuable elements during purification.“

Still a long way to go but I think it’s moving in the right direction

(I am not a financial advisor btw, this is purely a speculative play I’m hoping hits if and when they start producing)
This has been such a roller coaster I don’t know what to think about it
I’m in 2 speculative plays….

Rare Element Resources (REEMF) and American Rare Earths (AMRRY).

Both preproduction but are testing out samples right now. Both of their main focus is rare earths in Wyoming.

No clue if they’ll pan out but I’m hopeful
Anything of note come out of this meeting and tour of SLI's property by AIPRO.....Arkansas Independent Producers and Royalty Association?

I saw on Facebook a post by them saying thanks for the tour....no other real info at all posted.......

Even here in one of the most gun friendly states (Wyoming) it has to go through an FFL if mailed.

My father in law sent me one and I had to pick it up at my local dealer.

That being said, I got my Freedom Bucket (500 rounds of 5.56, from a differentsite but still...) shipped right to my door.

I've bought a couple guns from that site before.

Great selection and good customer service.

Would it be the Amazon of guns (maybe already is?)? Who knows.

Thanks for the heads up, will look into it.

Pew pew
Nevermind, found it here....

Where do you see a list? I've clicked every link I see on your link and only see 24 canceled, but that's it
No clue, but I'd guess no.
If Exxon or Albemarle or Equinor or Koch or Tesla or any number of other companies wanted to buy them out i would be a happy camper.

Not to rain on your parade, but they did just have a 1 for 12.5 reverse stock split. So it's still pretty shitty
