I work for a large pharma company. We recovered in the market for the most part in my division last year. Besides putting in extra time at home, covering for my boss while he was out on parental leave, and keeping things going, I received an average rating.

Raise was 3.8%

My bonus percentage is 15% and since we did well, the business factor was 140% and my individual factor was 110%.

So good one time bonus, but crappy raise. How are others doing?

4% market adjustment just went out - was higher than expected considering my company did 2% and 3% the years inflation was going wild

That's ridiculous. I got about 15 years left, so trying to decide on looking outside my current company.

My raises don’t happen until June 1 but I’ll be getting the same 4% I’ve got for the last 20 years. I get quarterly bonuses and a year end bonus if I hit presidents club. Our year ends in June and I will have got all 5 of them.

I got a promotion and a 10% increase this year. I'm usually more in the 3% range. It's been a while since I've gotten an increase that big.

Got a 5% raise last year and expect same this year (June). Bonus is paid next Friday and will be 20% of annual salary and likely more since company had best year in history last year.

No raise since 03.2021

My company was acquired by a larger company effective 10.2022

We did get a fairly significant stock award as a retention bonus for not jumping ship during the transition.

Expect a 5-6% raise this July.

The best way to get a good bump in pay is to change companies. My wife has made jumps of 25% to 35% each time. Not to mention the bonus gets better or stays the same with the % of base.

Imo, yes that is crappy for a hard worker. Also, we had a lady in our group retire at the end of 2023 and I now have most of her work since they aren't going to replace her.

With raise and bonus, it totals about 27% of my salary from last year, so not bad. I would like to see raises higher which are were you really see compounding of salary versus a one off bonus.

3% raise, but considering how much I make that is a really big number.

Bonus paid out extremely well this go round.

In most of the rest of the working world, 3.8% is a pretty solid raise for non-promotions.

3.8% is not crappy. Our average performers got 2-3% and the top got 4-5%. The reality is most comp changes happen with promotions.

Your bonus multiplier is also terrific.
