A strong dollar will help with imports but if it gets too strong it will just crush the world economy. Nobody knows what too strong is.

Doesn't make sense for China. If they're dumping dollars below value, investors will jump on the deal and the dollar will return to equilibrium.

Do you have an article for this? China cannot “dump” the dollar. They need it to settle accounts around the world.
