Sure. I sold what was left of my energy stocks today. I’m out. Will I time the market perfectly? Probably not. But I bet I can time it well enough to make a buck or two.

I’m up 18% for the year. I see nothing which makes me think things are ok.

Rates should be determined by the market and not the Fed. They never should have been as low as they were. I have a 15 year note at 2.25%. Stupid low.
