I been in since august of last year. However I doubled my shares yesterday and today.

Going into PDUFA in January was quite suspenseful, however. Win big or lose all! I think she trusts my investing autonomy since then.

My wife has seen the Standard Lithium shirts and caps in the house and knows that it's "one of our stocks" but has no idea how much we have in it and how much our unrealized gains are... Don't want her killing me for the life insurance and the stock money.

Is it gay to say I admire your conviction here? I wish I had that conviction in hindsight AUPH is 10% of my broad retirement accounts. My index mutual funds at 20%+. My other top equity holdings are:
AAPL 8.5%
JPM, FB, HD, V all at about 5%.... that's what I believe in AUPH.
We ain't done yet.

Hypothetically, if BMY does a 1:1 share deal for AUPH.. If I sell those shares immediately, do my long-term capital gains now become short-term?
(i'm not saying AUPH is worth that much... just saw that BMY has done share-for-share deals in the past)

Your basis will carry over. Should be long term if you are currently long term

Low volume this premarket. The data read out coming Nov. 3 would have put us reasonably close to the current valuation organically.
