Surprised it took this long to be honest

The "justification excuse" for these valuations has always been their earnings.
And now everyone is missing earnings, so what props them up now besides wishful thinking?

Wouldn’t care if Reddit went to zero and went out of business.

Didn't TWLO just beat earnings and raise guidance?

I don't believe the tech bubble ends anytime soon. Feels like '98, Asian currency crisis, LTCM implodes, Russia grenaded and the show went on.

Valuation mean nothing in 2026.

Obv this is NOT financial advice, just have a hunch this might be a bear trap inside an AI/tech bubble that is going to get a lot bigger before it goes splat.

RE is collapsing too. I moved 40% of my brokerage account into cash yesterday.

I moved a ton last week. Sadly I left a lot in GOOGL but I'm in that for the long haul (and bought some today)

40% all at once, is it a modest balance or few embedded gains?

Curious how the 10 year would react if capex slowdown causes printing, all while inflation is still running hot
Im a raging fiat hating lunatic but monetary inflation isn’t that hot relatively speaking. We’re experiencing cost inflation which is different. Bonds are entering a bull market. The death of the US bond market is massively overstated imo.

What puts a bid on bonds? New money helps.

10 year actually down from over 5% early this morning to almost 4.9% right now. They’ll be cutting by spring.

Despite a big hit on googl, yesterday was actually a pretty good day for me overall.

I’m not sure today is going to be a good day for anyone. But who knows, crazy stuff seems to happen every day.

I’m not buying shite today. It feels like something bad is on the horizon and that uncertainty usually spells bad news for the market.

I vividly remember getting absolutely destroyed in the 2-3 months leading up to Christmas 2018. For some reason I keep thinking history is going to rhyme with it being a trump midterm year.

excluding the AI based comapnies, market has been steadily rising. S&P minus AI is now out performing for the year vs the the benchmark.

Curious to see how long this cycle last
