I wouldn’t be surprised if Johnson gave him the green light there to try and get on the board and get his confidence back rolling.

From the look on Jay's face in the dugout after it happened I'd be very surprised.

Yorke appears to be a student of this stupid arse, HLP stuff, and it shows

Serna and Arrambide are both ok there

Did you see Serna play first? It was awful. Had no idea who was cutoff or where to be and missed a play at first costing us a run by not stretching a little. This is not the MLB where you can “hide” a hitter at 1st.

Yamin

Has he played first for LSU yet?

Yamin also has a 40% K rate. So maybe J knows more than you at that?

He'll probably have some big moment now, because of this thread.

Might be a month or so from now.

I agree, it's like some of us here have never gone through a baseball season and seen a player have ups and downs. Baseball is hard.

Your best quality as a hitter is getting on base. It’s his only endearing quality. Yorke needs to be aware of that and take until he gets 2 strikes. We needed baserunners there anyway.

I’m sure he wasn’t pleased the ball didn’t go past home plate on what was a center cut meatball

If I had the talent to play baseball at LSU I promise you I’d put in more effort than Yorke does to be in shape

I don’t understand why fitness isn’t a requirement. These guys have 24/7/365 access to trainers and nutritionists. No excuse

Yeah, I knew this would get bumped.

I don't blame anyone for feeling this way right now.

Yorke is the biggest bust as a recruit or transfer in the JJ era.

Oh look, another OT Baller that is ripped with a million dollar salary and a 10 for a wife. I'm all for free speech, but shite like this is toxic. You couldn't hold Yorke's jock, and the closest you ever came to any accomplishment was likely smelling a locker room from a 100 yards away

I’m ripped but I don’t have a million dollar salary or a 10 for a wife. Yorke leads the team in strikeouts, is hitting .170 in SEC play, and plays awful defense. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to see this guy is hurting the team
