I sincerely hope you’re not in a leadership position anywhere.

Why don't we just send them on a cruise to make sure they are well rested! I love O but I'm starting to question his decision making.

This is standard stuff for a bye week. You have to know when to push the team, and when to ease up. That’s not groundbreaking, it goes back to guys like Vince Lombardi.

Man if Joe was still here, he'd have the whole effin team practicing on Fri, Sat, and Sun, especially after that piss poor of a performance. Where's the leadership man!

Just proves he thinks the issues are cultural and not football related

Listen to Brandon Taylor's rant. There were dogs on that team. They kicked each other's arse in practice, and more often than not they kicked the other team's arse on Saturday. This team is soft.

They also routinely gassed out at the end of the season and players like Jarvis Landry and Leonard Fournette missed time due to injuries sustained in camp

Bama gonna beat our brains in anyway. So he'll take 3 days at the L'Auberge pool before it gets too cold.

He's mailed it in. When you punt the ball on the first play of the 4th quarter down 40 with four yards to pick up that's pussy.

Which would you prefer? I'm talking about the defense. Miles' antiquated offense is another matter.

I’d prefer a balanced approach where hard work gets put in but also be smart and not burn guys out.

Look, I don’t know the mindset of the locker room, I can guess but I don’t know. This could be the right approach, could be wrong but the fact is, it probably doesn’t matter anymore.

you guys are vicious

and really ungrateful for the season we just had...

I know it's all about "what have you done for me lately'

but gezz people...a coach can only do so much after the mass exodus..then we have a global pandemic.

losing your starting QB doesn't help matters

We showed up with that crappy 2014 team and Anthony Jennings at QB and Miles had that team slugging them. Granted we had a NFL OL at 4 positions on the 2014 team. I don’t see any pros right now on this OL.
