Yea, no shite. It is clear that something is not getting through and coaching is where that starts.

Night and day difference from last year.

Looking at your sig pic makes me want to just punch Pelini. I bet the players feel the same.

He may make it to 2022

I wish this were true but he’s here until at least 2024 there is absolutely no way we have that kind of money.

He could lose every game this year and next year and I still don’t see a way out.

Bama could give 2 shits about LSU and RTWFU. We’ve already lost this season. Someone on this board referred to it as Bama kicking a kid with Down Syndrome.
If it tanks the program no.

If O is as much of a fraud as some of us think he is, his buyout is too much and he’ll be here til 2023 at least. Pelini is here til the last year of his contract. Once recruiting takes a hit I have no idea how long it will take to rebuild the program IF we get a good coach.

Why do we keep acting like these players: most of which have little to no NFL draft stock are intentionally ruining their careers?

I wish people would stop saying this. It’s not about the players doing it to spite Pelini, it’s about low morale, low enthusiasm to play for Pelini. They’re not consciously doing it. There’s just a disconnect between Pelini and the players, and it shows on the field.

It’s like if your teacher sucks. You may fail because the teacher sucks, but that doesn’t mean you failed to spite the teacher.
Yeah I think it’ll be a while before TJ sees the field again. Every ball he throws is too fast and too easily tippable. And he can’t run. I wouldn’t mind red zone packages or bringing him in for QB sneaks.

He won’t even be at LSU by 2022

I can list 70% of 28,000,000 reasons that you’re wrong.

The only way it tanks us for 10 years is if we let him hang around promising next year is the year!! Can’t mess up this recruiting class!!

I mean I get what you’re saying and I want to believe that, but... you do realize O’s buyout is far too large to even consider firing him until the final season, right? There’s no way.

I don’t blame him about the Orgeron contract. I personally thought we struck gold with O.

Pelini was BS. I know it’s been said on here, but O is going to make so much freaking money that he should donate an extra 5% of his remaining contract to fire him. He may have run this program into the ground. Honestly. Once recruiting takes a hit we are finished. For a while at least.

There is a video out there of Myles in LSU gear willingly being paddled by frat boys. not a very alpha moment

The only guy I saw with leadership qualities would’ve been TJ, but once Auburn got film on him we saw what he’s actually capable of. Myles should be the leader, but his own teammates preferred TJ over him. You could see it in his social media... no one commended him when he had world beater games, but teammates were all over TJ after one pretty good game.

Terrace Marshall seems too quiet to be a leader. Jacoby Stevens sucks. I just don’t see any natural leaders on the team.

damn...looks like Johnny Manziel...

I really hated the way he ran. He looked like a piglet or something

Saban is going to put that RTWFU on a loop in the locker room.

I honestly think he doesn’t even care.

I went from being high on both QBs to being “oh, THAT’S the LSU I’m used to.”

Is it really that bad of a thing? We got the greatest season in the history of college football out of it and in a couple years we will get a new coach with a ton of talent to work with

I mean, if it tanks the program for 10 years (very possible, unless O makes 2 good hires after E and Pelini are gone... someone would have to come in and resurrect the program like Saban)... I don’t know.
One last thing, I honestly don’t even think we have the money to buy out Pellini until his last year.

Coach O in his final year of his contract has a buyout of 70% of $7M

Let’s assume 3-4 losses each year. I say 2 more after this one.

Unless he resigns out of the kindness of his heart (nope) he will be here until the last minute of his contract. Maybe we fire him mid season in the last year.

Buyout is way too much. Like, by a large, large margin.
