Hell I'd be for ending capital punishment if prisoners were made to work during the day. Wanna know how to stop prison violence and assaults? Make their arms feel like rubber by 5 every day and that will stop.

No.

Regardless of whether I agree with particular laws or not, I believe those decisions should be left to the state and out of the federal government.

You can't desire conservative views being pushed from a liberal perspective when it's convenient.

Good for me...

Burl Cain did the same and believed exhausted inmates were far less likely to be disruptive.

What would we do with so many more unwanted babies born to poor unwed moms? It’d be catastrophic for society. Crime rates would skyrocket in about 16 years.

Real talk.

I’d rather keep and accelerate capital punishment for violent criminals and allow leftist to continue to eliminate their gene pool

Double win for society

Yes but make prison life worse. Were going to have a lot more criminals and culcha though, unfortunately. Guess who has the most abortions by far?

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

I appreciate that this might have been intentional, but just confirming that you know that's not a real bible verse, right? They made it up for the movie

That's from a movie? I just thought it was a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfricker before I popped a cap in his arse.

Nope. We need to remove murderers from the gene pool as at a much faster pace. Expedite the death penalty when there is 100% certainty of the guilt

I support each state having the right to make these decisions as the voters deem appropriate. These topics are too "gray" for big government to control and are only used to create division because of the cultural polarity from one end of the US to the other. Typically, people within a state don't "argue" about whether it is legal or illegal. Typically, it's people in other states saying what another state is doing.

FWIW, I feel the same way about the federal government having the control they have over the education system.

Deal, on the condition that we abolish the death penalty in cases in which was have anything less than 100% certainty of guilt for the capital offense.
