One of the great things about CBK is he doesn't have knee-jerk overreactions. No pun intended

CBK doesn’t have a clue who Edwin Diaz is or what the WBC is.

Wouldn’t bother me if Coach Kelly decided to ban any celebrations including jumping. Probably two freak accidents but still.
Should probably ban practice too. Way more injuries there. Prob shouldn’t walk to class either, might trip and fall. You just never know.
Accidents and injuries happen. Suggesting banning jumping is ridiculous. Guys have serious knee injuries without getting touched planting awkwardly. You’re not going to remove freak injuries by outlawing any emotion after a good play. You’re just going to have kids who don’t want to play for your team.

What the hell is wrong with you?

Elite athletes banned from jumping for joy.

Man I hate to tell you but LSU doesn’t own all these people. LSU football players used to play basketball in the Rec back in day and im sure they prolly still do. So I doubt they ban celebrations during a football game lol. Guess they should have banned Myles Brennan from going fishing lol

Lol yeah ban jumping that'll stop injuries of the massive humans clashing into each other 100 times a game. What a moron

Thank you! Enough with players having fun and being excited while playing the game! Don’t they know how much I pay for season tickets?!!

We’ll allow y’all to throw yourselves around at full speed like a rocket, but no jumping or celebrating.

I read your post, thought about it, and realized my IQ dropped 10 points.

You want CBK to ban jumping?
Seriously?

Seriously?

Great idea. Ban high caliber athletes from jumping. While you’re at it, ban them from running and colliding with other high caliber athletes. This should end all injuries. Any contentious Coach should do this immediately.

No more jump balls for the WRs.
If this gets out, our CBs are toast with our opponents knowing they aren’t allowed to jump.

Will Kelly ban, running, tackling, walking? Hell let’s just ban everything! Because in sports freak injuries happen
Posted on 3/16/23 at 6:47 pm to timlan2057
Suspensions for any player who jumps in celebration, it's the only way to guarantee they don't miss any games for injuries :smart:

are you stupid?
like as an adult.. you thought something like this would be addressed ever?
It’s my understanding that many sports have in their contracts things that players are not allowed to do during the season and offseason.
The NFL even has rules to protect players from injury as does college football.
These may be considered “freak accidents” but players hurt themselves more often than you would think.
Im not suggesting a ban on jumping, but absolutely there should be some coaching and eduction on how to protect your body from injury.
