He will improve, maybe when he gets moved to guard, but I am shocked he didn't sack up to the media and just talk it out.

Maybe he does want to work for Amazon after all.

He didn’t play well but he hasn’t really played well since the injury. I am not going to question him long term Vrabel thinks he will be good that is all I need to know.

After his gummy bear comment before USC and then getting wrecked, I knew he was soft as baby shite

I’m sure Big Willy is regreting his decision to leave early! He could’ve have stayed and played for Lane Kiffin. Instead he forwent that opportunity and got embarrassed! He will bounce back though for sure!

Seems like the issue is the QB being so young and coaching.
The young QB and coaching got them to the Super Bowl in Year 1.

Underrated post. You wanna know why the 2019 LSU OL, which was the obvious weak link entering the season, took home that Moore OL trophy? Because Burrow and the scheme took a lot of pressure off of them. He was great at presnap reads and adjustments, Audibling into runs that exploited the defense, motioning a RB for help, etc. Pats OC McDaniel should get some heat for what he called and didn't call.

His struggles were magnified having an equally young, overmatched G next to him.

Really an incredible run the Pats were able to make to get that far, given their shortcomings

Josh McDaniel did very little to help their situation yesterday, but the way Maye played, not sure it would have mattered.

Nobody turns on their own like LSU fans. A lot of you just search for your next opportunity to complain.

14 pressures seems a little far fetched. He was bad but not that bad. The o line as a whole was horrible.

Not far fetched at all - he was extremely bad - I watched him on virtually every play - he was abused on almost every pass play - the only time he wasn't was when his opposing rusher ran a stunt that took him out of the play!

That's what they were saying about Sam Darnold in the first part of his career too. People do get better.

I never understood the hype he got while at LSU - he was average at best - last night was not a one off - he has been soft all year - that being said, he has a lot of upside if he can get a lot stronger and get some coaching

No one hates LSU players like LSU fans

It’s not necessarily hating on him if it’s objective and backed up by what we witnessed.
Jamarcus was a bust. I don’t “hate on” him. I wasn’t totally surprised by it either. It was what it was with him. The same with Campbell. It is what it is. He has time to improve but right now he has struggled.

He played in a poor scheme under Kelly and had an awful position coach. However I never heard an in game analyst say “the Tigers are going line up and run behind their great left tackle!”

I wish all former Tigers the best in their NFL careers. I am very happy that Boutte and Chaisson are having success after some early struggles or lack of playing time. Hopefully Campbell will do the same.

I haven’t seen a ton of people saying he’s the only reason they lost, but he played really bad and the media is pointing it out. They don’t owe him anything either.

There was at least one time when he had a perfect pass block and his idiot teammate hit the rusher from the side and broke him loose for a pressure/sack.

Campbell is a clear sign LSU had a very poor strength coach. No reason for a man the size of Campbell to be just pushed around on every play, he should at least win a few. The strength coach may be more significant to the way the O-Line played all year, just pushed around.
