Ive got no issue with a porta potty for the players.
I draw the line at them having to stand in line and listen to a shrimper from Galliano tell them they need to keep that back elbow up. I mean, its a couple of hundred bucks to get one for the season for visitor players only.

The facilities won’t get better by not playing LSU. It’s just a bathroom, practical and works. It’s part of the charm of the sport and midweek games

Yeah, Nicholls doesn't have great facilities but do yall think LSU is the only team that plays the occasional midweek game at a mid-major? Go check the midweek schedule for any given week and there are several "power" teams that play at small schools every week. It's a normal part of the sport.

Should keep the schedule for actual college teams and not, basically, a high school type program.

Limit the in state opponents to ULL, Louisiana Tech and Tulane. All others are minor league and LSU gains nothing by scheduling them.

One of the most interesting games I've ever witnessed was LSU playing at Southern one of the seasons that Roger Cador had an excellent team that went on to the play-in series. There were only a few die-hard Southern fans in the bleachers when the game started, but Southern went ahead for several innings, and the bleachers started to fill and people were streaming in as word got out that the Jaguars were winning. LSU came back to win, but the buzz that occurred as the game went on was pretty crazy to see.
LSU also played an afternoon game at Nicholls some years ago under Skip. Nicholls won that one, and Skip made his team run in the outfield. Some Nicholls fans shouted "O-ma-ha" to tease the LSU players as they ran. If I remember correctly, LSU not only went back to Omaha that season but won the CWS as well.
