No. You're wrong.

Then why is he opting out? This board being free is still crazy.

Thanks!

This has him as late 3rd...122 overall:

Same rankings have Perkins as the last pick in 3rd, at 128.

Because he’ll probably drop a few wide open passes. Dont blame him

Bowls should kick off the following year on Labor Day weekend. They would be a great opportunity to see what you have on your teams, but also be an exhibition not counting against either teams record. If you didn’t make a bowl game, then you sit out that weekend.

Imagine those ratings

I believe Toviano is going to be one of our Safetys, I think he was held out the limelight strategically to keep his name out of sight due to his film production career (short lived as it was). He was aight as freshman playing CB not his true position

How much money would you like to bet that Kyren Lacy gets taken before day 3?
His 40 will determine this but id bet $100 right now that he doesn't get drafted in the top 3 rounds.

I don't know what yall see. He's not that big, he's not very fast and he has dogshit hands. If he runs a sub 4.5 he may sneak in at the end of the 3rd but he's not a top 100 player.

It’s just to the point where these games are so pointless. This is the roster for one game. It’s after all of the players leave and before the new ones come. It’s just so fricking pointless.
Maybe we should move bowl games to the summer. They'd still be pointless (just practice), but you'd get your spring transfers in, get younger guys some PT, and get some idea of what your team looks like for the fall. It would be like a preseason game. Then you'd have some idea about what you need to work on in the fall.

Teams simply aren't going to play exhibition games on Labor Day Weekend. Too many chances to lose key players at the start of the season, all for a game that means absolutely nothing.

If a player gets hurt now, he has a chance to recover before the season starts. Coaches and players aren't going to risk a preseason exhibition.

Aaron Anderson, Zavion Thomas, Chris Hilton, Jelani Watkins, Kylan Billiot. Then some walk ons. Plus Treydez is basically a WR. TE is way more of a wtf position for this bowl game. Will limit run game unless we use a 6th offensive linemen or something.

play everyone of the team. Everyone that practices should get the experience of playing for LSU in a meaningless bowl game. The winner or loser of this game means NUTHIN Give the players a reward and get film on effort and abilities of potential starters in LSU future. This should be treated like an NFL preseason game.

This is dumb. Not only would it be logistically impossible, but it would make for a virtually unwatchable game.

It's not pointless for the players in the game. I imagine if you asked our starting quarterback whether last year's bowl game was a waste of time and he would probably say no.

good point

We ran a pass heavy offense. The problem was he would disappear for entire halves in some games. I think he would have been a strong #2 if he had someone like Nabers on the other side
