Who to root for? Ole Miss v A&M

As an LSU fan who are you rooting for?
Personally I am torn. Ole Miss losing will put us in sole possession of 1st place after we beat Bama but, it is so much fun watching A&M lose. If Ole Miss didn't play Georgia this year it would be more obvious.

As a husband to an Aggie, I'd love to see aTm win out until they play us. Their fans start thinking they have turned things around. Then, we win by 30 in Tiger Stadium to secure our spot in Atlanta. aTm drops to 8-4 where they belong, but they decide to keep Jimbo around for another year. The cycle continues.
Getting Ole Miss that loss we need them to get before having to even worry about the Georgia game is just lagniappe.

Probably Ole Miss in the big picture.
You need Ole Miss to be good since we lost to them and you expect Georgia to take care of their chances to win the West.
It's also better in the grand scheme of recruiting, etc if A&M is bad. Can't have them knocking off #10 on the road.

Ole Miss. A&M fan base is one of the wierdest and scariest in all of college football. I cant imagine the A&M fan base thumping their chest after a victory. They may get rings to celebrate the occasion.

I'm rooting for Ole Miss. Absolutely agree that watching A&M lose is just too damn fun. A 5 loss season would make the fact that they're stuck with Jimbo an extremely entertaining offseason as well. Aggie jokes tend to write themselves but even more so with this scenario.

Ole Miss 100%. I only root for the Cult once a year and that is when they are playing the gumps. Georgia will take care of the other L we need. I want Ole Miss to stomp that weird arse Cult.
