1- The NCAA has awful timing between the recruiting deadlines that forced Lane to have to choose the LSU job before the end of the season AND the timing of the 5 for 5 eligibility change.
2- Trinidad F-ing Chambliss judge shopping to overrule the NCAA.

Don’t forget Bama being allowed to bring back a player that had been gone a couple years and he was eligible for 5 games. That go the schools and attorneys mental wheels churning for sure of the possibilities

Lane is #4

School presidents are to blame. No one else.

Diego Pavia. He sued the NCAA last year & got a 5th year. That started all this mess. Then, NCAA changed their 5 to play 4 rule to be 5 to play 5 & did it after some players had declared for the draft & gotten invites to training camp post rookie mini camp.
There’s plenty of blame to go around.

The athletes and their handlers for not moving on and actually suing the NCAA to be allowed back in when the NCAA has clearly stated that according to their rules they are no longer eligible.
Then Congress for not passing the Protect College Sports Act so there is an actual law to govern this shite!

Could you imagine the networks shitting bricks if SEC schools refuse to play LSU because LSU is playing players that went to a pro camp?

Judges. State courts should have no business deciding college eligibility

Lane is about to give us Joey Freshwater. He is your everyday guy who is successful in life and loves the phrase “Whose coming with me”, he tells it like he remembers it in his mind. Best offensive mind in the game but he always chasing that ghost and will go all in with a pair of deuces and a 5 of spade (sorry JD) just to pop on the first hand. Seems like he is willing to take that 50/50 just to prove a point only to somehow be on game day while Coach O makes a come back. God bless this MF.

It’s the SEC and the Big Ten and you guys need to chill. This legal back and forth is theatre, nobody’s really against each other here. They want this to happen.
