That’s dumb as hell. That’s almost like saying 90s Nebraska would suck if they took Tommie Frazier back after he failed in the NFL.

I’m finding out that quite a few of LSU fans on here do not care about doing whatever it takes to be the best and win championships and it shows.

I feel sure that LSU will abide by the rules on game day. If they don't, then I will be very surprised LSU brass would risk the millions of dollars spent to construct this team and staff, for one or two late additions to the team.
While they may help, there is no way I believe that they will be the difference between LSU making the playoffs, winning a natty or winning anything else.
If we roll the dice and put LSU is jeopardy of all the crap from the SEC and the waste of money.....I can't believe there will be much support for the program going forward, In other words, adding a couple of new players is simply not worth the negative consequences I keep reading.

Yes. Just because a guy couldn’t make an NFL roster doesn’t make him not effective and very good for the team. We don’t have good true TE. TDG is awesome but he’s not the prototypical TE. DQW would definitely enhance our offense.

Yes, absolutely. You’re an absolute fricking idiot if you don’t realize that the NFL is a completely different level of football than the SEC or any other college football conference.
Wright was 2nd team All-SEC last year. He has already proven himself to be a tremendous college football player even if he can’t make it in the NFL yet.
