That's nonsense. Regardless of the outcome of this season, this team still has a lot of talent on it. They just weren't coached up or put in the right positions to succeed.

Berry is the most likely candidate if Frank isn't retained. Texas is his most likely landing spot if not Ohio State or one of the other top 4 teams.

Please disagree with my positions, but engage as well. Perhaps my comment skirted hyperbole, but I see little talent on the roster. For example, are there any OL you feel LSU must keep? The receivers had dropsy, poor route running. Running backs were meh, defensive has some decent backs and Weeks is above average, but there is not one player that I would seriously regret “losing”. No Chases, no Jeffersons, no Lewises, no Deculuses, no Stingleys, no Delpits, no Edward’s-Helaires, no Stevenses, no Queens, no Chaissons and definitely no Burrows. So that’s my point. It’s not emotional just my take on watching this mob play all year.

Picket is very good as a true freshman at CB. He has the potential to be elite.

Kyle Parker was woefully underutilised and could be spectacular as a slot guy.

Tredez Green is a cheat code, though he does need to work on securing easy catches; he has the same issue Lacy had at times; he is thinking downfield on the easy catches rather than first securing the catch. Green's blocking improved a bit this season compared to his first.

I would hate to lose those.

We need running backs, and Durham and Berry are both very good. It is hard to properly judge them with the O-line issues we had. I think we need to keep both for purely numerical reasons, if nothing else.

No talent on this team? Well let them hit the portal and watch Bama, Ohio St., Aggie, and other playoff teams come after them

I really see both sides of the argument here, specifically want to talk about the offensive line. Do i think they were poorly coached? Yes. Do i feel there are some talent deficiencies? Also yes. I mean the offensive line was an issue and has been a issue for the entire Brian Kelly era. It was just masked a bit by the greatness of Jayden Daniels. Remember, JD was the 1000 yard rusher. No running back came close, and it was a horror show to watch the team try to run. Once he left, the band aid was ripped off and the ineptitude really showed.

I think the kids currently here could form a functional offensive line at least with the right coaching. I know they will be bringing more lineman in, but i wouldn't be shocked at all if they ran the same kids out there (minus Chester lol) and they looked way better with this new staff.

Hopefully nic Anderson and Sharp. Those both got paid way too much and hurt us more than helped.

Send their arse back to OU. We need all new guards and tackles

Ory Williams came on strong at OT later in the season. He was exceptional vs Arkansas. Good against OU as well. Curne needs to embrace the fact he is a guard. If he does, I think those two make the biggest jump. Curne is never gonna be an OT in the NFL. Tyree Adams gets an incomplete. A lot of issues on the o line were Weston Davis, the guards and Weston Davis. He's so bad, he gets two mentions.

Brad Davis has to be the single worst o line coach I've ever seen.

I think Berry and TreyDez have the chance to really level up paired with an offensive guru like LK.

One of these is not like the other.
One of these players took advantage of the touches he got and wrestled the starting job from another talented underclassmen. The other got worse as the season went on.

Green was a massive failure this year imo. He had multiple back breaking drops in huge moments.
