It's not that we are routing for Alabma, but rather routing for the SEC to win another championship. As already pointed out, any national championship win by an SEC team greatly increases the odds of future SEC teams receiving the benefit of the doubt in play off considerations when all other things are equal. It's not "dumb shite" as you put it, but rather common sense which is something you obviously lack.

But I love LSU and I love the SEC. We've already seen first hand how the SEC winning championships benefits future SEC teams. Damn...just go back to when we played Bama for the NC.
