You’re overcompensating in a big way. Weird.
re: I think Oklahoma could beat Indiana

Oklahoma would NOT beat Indiana, and neither will Bama. I know this reality is hard to grasp, since we’re talking about perennial cellar dweller Indiana. But, they’re a much better team than both the Gumps and Choklahoma, and you’ll figure that out soon enough.

That is the biggest crap of shat. The SEC is designed to play in a bubble that protects 4 teams playing against 12 average to below average teams. It's a protection racket where they pay weaker teams an equal share only to make sure they get their share from the 4 top teams.
Huh. 4 teams? Seven current SEC teams have won at least one NC this century. And if you go back two more years, you can make that 8. You arse hurt clowns from other conferences look like complete retards every time you bring this shite up. Your jealousy makes college football so much better!

I wondered which coonass would take the time to go through every comment I made on the Bama board thread when I made the post lol. No surprise.
It wouldn’t matter who posted them. Your OP was dumb as hell, considering your own melt in the same thread. A little self awareness goes a long way, Gump.

Dirt boy? Strong words coming from a tech fan. Those things that come up out of the ground and make it go a little darker under them are called trees. I know you wouldn't be familiar with those.
This is one of the dumbest comebacks in the history of tRant. I mean hell. Tell him to gfh, or to ead. Anything would have been better than trying to insult him by talking about trees. Seriously, wtf was that? lol

They will be around shortly to tell us.
Well, I hope it’s soon. It’s 3:00 PM, and I’d like to plan the rest of my day. I want to make sure I have the right talking points when I yell at people later.

DeBoer is also a great hire & you guys will eventually win the hardware if you stick with him. Don’t think this year is your year though, OSU is better than everyone by a significant margin.
I don’t know about that. We’ll find out tomorrow whether OSU is better by a significant margin. I think Indiana has a better shot to win than many think. Maybe that’s just me being hopeful though, bc I have to live around these arrogant OSU bastards!

Well I can't do that because it's culture is always a mess and has been since forever. And since forever LSU is a middling program with a little Saban and post Saban success. You guys are the self-proclaimed new money of college sports and you damn sure act like it. You coonass dumb fricks allowed your governor to get involved in your coaching search and have turned this entire thing into a political fiasco that is doomed to failure before it has even started. And don't even get me started on stealing money from children's cancer hospitals to fund your ill gotten championship. LSU is broke and and a joke. You know what I immediately thought when your governor threw his hat in the ring? "I'll bet you that they are stealing the money for this hire from a needy social program within Louisiana and don't give a shite about the dudes now well-known cocaine addiction."
Really nice melt. Solid 8/10.

I’m about an hour or so west of Columbus. It ain’t too bad. 27, real feel at 17, and about 3-4 inches of snow on the ground! It’s gonna get a lot worse in January though!

I’ve never understood the fascination with being a “blue blood”. Who gives a shite about being a blue blood. I’ll take our 3 national championships in the last 22 years over being considered a blue blood any damn day.

I already have a wedding to attend
It can’t be anyone from the south. The women all know better than to have a wedding during football season. So, send a gift and wish them well. No true Tiger fan is missing the 2026 opener for a damn wedding.

you think OM is going to fire one of their all time winningest coaches right before the first playoff appearance when LK is telling them behind the scenes he hasn’t made up his mind and may stay. Get real.
Get real?? What good did it do them? As soon as he wouldn’t commit, they should have known he was leaving. They had two choices: 1. Show him the door. 2. Let him coach through the playoffs. But instead, they drug this out to the benefit of no one at OM, and now their situation is far worse.
quote:
Kiffin held them hostage
This is so stupid. Kiffin didn’t hold anyone “hostage”. OM, LSU and even Florida all had a choice in this matter. Florida moved on, which was smart. OM could have shown Kiffin the door as soon as he wouldn’t commit, but they didn’t. That’s on them. LSU kept pursuing, and got what they wanted. Everyone had a choice. OM clearly made the wrong one.
Kiffin to announce Sunday morning
Posted by OhioTiger on 11/29/25 at 11:37 pm
Marty Smith just reported that Kiffin has a team meeting scheduled at 9:00 AM Sunday, and an announcement to follow shortly after that.

So that's a no from you?
It’s ok if you have homeaux tendencies. Just don’t project them onto the rest of the board. I mean hell, you couldn’t have possibly come up with a dumber thread, and you outed yourself at the same time.

It's why going to 9 games is a dumb idea. We should have stayed at 8 and proposed a challenge series with these other conferences to settle conference superiority. Sankey got played. As it stands now we'll cannibalize each other and be marginalized. That said, SEC games are must see TV. It's the best weekly CFB action I can ever remember. Better than the NFL.
This is dumb take. Going to 9 conference games had to happen. The playoff will be expanded, and SOS will become more of a factor.
