Hopefully Blake doesn’t let Keys spy Russell

Didn’t look to bad against brown. Gotta play with the personnel you got.. next man up.

Whit was always a pipe dream to suit up Saturday.

How many times we going do this?

Keys is very good against the run, very bad in coverage

We saw it last season and so far this season.

The kid had surgery on a broken leg, so who thought he'd be back... much less be back and in game shape.

Unfortunately he's likely done for the season unless the Tigers make a CFP run.

I'm sorry but Keys is second string for a reason. He absolutely should not be spying QBs he does not have the speed to play that role.

Next man up! We’ll be fine. Save Weeks until he’s 100%

It was reported when he had the injury the hope was back by Bama

Due to injury, he has to play no one is debating he isn’t the best option out there. But taking dottery out of position and making keys cover would be dumb. Also, don’t want to take a safety out of the pass game all of the time.

One bad play. He’s even rock solid and has been downhill attacking vs the run all season. He should be asked to spy on super mobile qb’s anyways that’s not his game

Tennessee was always the true target date. From someone that has had that injury and several other knee, ankle, foot injuries. Those last 2 weeks make so much of a difference in how you feel with soreness and swelling plus range of motion. This is why I think Trey’Dez is going to have a big game after getting 2 weeks from the Auburn game. He’s gonna be ready to ball.

All this based on Byrum's long run where everyone assumed Keys was the spy. As McElroy drew it up on the telestrater Keys was 15 yds upfield in coverage. LSU rushed 5 without Keys so a spy would have had us in Cover 0... So if we had a spy on the play why was he 15yds upfield?

Did anyone realistically think was going to play (not just hoping but really believing)?

Russell averages 3.8 yards per carry which includes a 57 yard run. I don't understand the fear.
