Charlie Hennigan - transferred from LSU to Northwestern State, although I think he only did track for us.

2× AFL champion (1960, 1961)
4× First-team All-AFL (1961–1964)
5× AFL All-Star (1961–1965)
2× AFL receiving yards leader (1961, 1964)
AFL receptions leader (1964)
American Football League All-Time Team

Sione Teuhema ended up at Southeatern, and has now found himself with a decent early career in the CFL .

Zach Lee.

Left us for MLB, didnt work with the Dodgers and they cut him. He ended up in Japan and developed his game after changing his named to Shoei O something or another and just signed again with the Dodgers. If he were smart, he would come back and play football in college.

I’ve seen some bad jokes on this site, but that might be the worst one

McGlothern and Ricks.

Ricks? He was a complete bust at Alabama and went from projected 1st rounder to undrafted. Yes, I know he made the Eagles roster by the skin of his teeth, but he would never be considered a "successful" transfer from LSU. Kid cost himself millions.

Siaka Ika? Followed Aranda to Baylor. He’s in the NFL (Cleveland Browns).
In 2022, he was a third team All American

The NFL HOF running back or the DB? The former didn't transfer away from the program.

TJ has helped turned around TX State. I realize not a Power 5 program but he has been very successful there. Will probably get better looks from the NFL because of it.
