Posts like these are a disservice to Daniels. It’s just bullshite hyperbole.

He played a great game last night. There’s no reason to exaggerate though.

He’s not better than Caleb Williams, Drake Maye or Michael Penix. And that’s ok. Those are great players.

Let him string together some good games and show he can be consistent.

I hate when people make dumbass posts like this and then when people disagree with them they claim that we are all Jayden haters and blaming everything on JD. It's absurd

Good grief. If he plays like he did yesterday he’s BETTER than all of them. Hell he was better than Burrow yesterday

But I guess for some of you, anything less than one of the best games in school history is garbage.

No, he wasn’t.
I would say that if we had Diggs and Jackson running the ball like yesterday, Perkins and the defense playing like yesterday, and you have the current WR rotation instead of Lacy being one of your top targets,

Then Daniels played well enough to win that game.

Yesterday was on another level awesome and yes, more consistency would be really nice and is needed to get in and win the playoffs.

I wish he’d stop trying to jump for more yards. He is getting smashed when he does that

They need to put my man in a basic physics class so he can learn about leverage and what happens when an object that’s planted to the ground meets an object of equal weight and speed that’s flying through the air

That is the big if. The judgement at the end of the season on all or any of these guys is how well they played in pressure games. Travis outplayed JD in game 1 but more mediocre yesterday vs Bost Coll but got the W.

JD has stat'd well the last two games and I thougth MSU was a decent level of competition but we will see tougher games soon. I criticize him but I support him. Hopefully we get through the next few weeks and the team gains confidence for a trophy run.

JFC. Wouldn't Grambling have been a better game then? Or are you saying the pass % alone determines how great a game is? And do you discount games other guys had with 20-24 attempts? Do you take into account glorified handoffs as completions or passes for a loss of yards?

Nearly every game Burrow had in 2019 was better.

Yep, CBK was the one dropping passes and only going thru one progression….

You’re not helping Jayden with posts like this one. All you’ve managed to do is highlight that his play is inconsistent.

JD fans, folks. This is the level of delusion that you're dealing with.
