When Jayden Daniels is on, he’s the best player in CFB

I’ll go out on a limb and say it.

It’s why I’ve always supported him. I do wish he can be more consistent with his playing, so I can see criticism there.

But it’s the truth.

He’s great, but I wish he’d stop trying to jump for more yards. He is getting smashed when he does that.

It’s not.

Can this place not just settle on JD being somewhere in between the worst guy to ever step on a field and the second coming of Christ?

Or does it have to be one or the other?

He's definitely the best qb in the SEC this year

Tell me who’s better. At least what quarterback is better?

Other than Nuss, of course.

This fanbase is so delusional at times.

He played great last night. I just wish he was “on” more often.

Consistency is one of the main attributes of greatness.

Who’s better? I wish some of you would backup your argument.

I believe there is an argument that the when the reigning Heisman winner is “on”, he his better.

Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Michael Penix Jr, Jordan Travis, Cam Rising, Sam Hartman. How are you backing up your argument?

He is “on” far more often than not. Some people just refuse to see it.

The Florida St. game is on BK. If we play Florida St. right now, LSU wins going away.

If Daniels plays like he did yesterday. He’s just as good as all of them.

That FSU QB is very good, also. I’d give the nod to him.

That's just not true. Michael Penix has more 400+ passing yard games this year than JD had 300+ passing yard games all of last year.

When he is on like yesterday, I will say that very few players can surpass him because he is an elite runner and yesterday he was completely accurate and dropping dimes way downfield. He doesn't usually throw that far downfield like he did yesterday, but his games against UF, Ole Miss and Bama last year were phenomenal similar to this one, so although he has his flaws, he plays some excellent games at a pretty good rate.

he was on against FSU. he was about the only guy in the entire organization that was on.

but the rant is full of idiots raving about the incredible Maason Smith, Sage Ryan, and Nuss arm talent.

For one, you said best player in the country. Which would include every position.

But QBs, Caleb looks good, Penix, Nix, Hartman.

I’m just saying it doesn’t have to be one extreme or the other.

Can’t he be pretty damn good but not be Joey B reincarnated?
