Where did all that burst go then? Does he not carry weight well because it seems like from his injury on he got significantly slower? Maybe lingering injury definitely needs to be looked at. He certainly struggled with reading the limited holes he had last year as well. Clearly something has happened where he lost a step. Whether that's conditioning, lingering injury, or he just doesn't carry his weight well with the extra muscle he has put on.

It’ll be fine. One of the RBs will get injured before the first game. Another during the season.

The depth chart as it exists now will have at least 2 major changes as the season progresses.

Durham is plenty fast.

Sometimes when watching him it looks like he is running slower than he is.

A little too much weight and injuries are going to affect any player.

Durham has been banged up about 60% of his time at lsu. To me it seems like he is somewhat injury prone. He might be playing but he is always nicked up.

In one of Kiffins pressers he was asked about how bad the o-line was last year and he straight up said it wasn’t all their fault. He said RBs still need to run.

Caden Durham- 505 on 111 attempts, 3TDs, longest run from scrimmage, 51 yards (twice), 6 runs of 20+ yards

Harlem Berry- 491 on 104 attempts, 2TDs, longest run from scrimmage 43 yards, 4 runs of 20+ yards
