He'll probably continue to platoon with Dozar.

Some LSU higher ups may be getting the grounds crew out there early to "accidentally" take that tarp off the infield

it poured all day one saturday and they still played. its still in doubt at the moment whether or not it rains out. the field drains extremely fast.

It's a fairly low rain chance (20%) at game time, and it drops to something like 10% after about 3pm. No reason to think the field won't be in playable condition by 6:30, assuming it isn't still raining at that time.

That really sucks!

I heard a story from a former player about this same sort of thing. They were on the road at Ole Miss and played a game with 9-10 position players...due to some bad Bloomin' Onion sauce at Outback.

This was back in the early-mid 90's

Versus Ole Miss. Got it from a steak house in Jackson that I will not stop at till this day. Don't remember what year it was but Jason Williams was on the team so I think that puts it 90-94 or so.

I will not be going out tonight. I know you were concerned about whether or not I'd be there.

Where did you see this? I'm looking at the Weather Channel.com and it doesn't look that good.

Based on that I'd be surprised if they can play tonight, unless they postpone it a little and play a shortened game.

Williams was here from 93-96 I believe.

Same place, but it seems they've changed it from when I was typing that.

Probably food poisoning rather than a virus. Assuming they all ate the same meal.

Well I guess that's not good then. It'll probably be raining until at least game time

No way this game will rain out considering the state of the art drainage system at new Alex box. As long as it stops raining prior to game time, will start at said time
