The frick you talking about. That's why they haven't restarted yet. It's been the continuous lightning strikes close by or within 10 miles. As the first cell moved out to the south this current once developed to the north.

It looks noxious, like rabbit droppings. Not fit for human consumption

I miss the days where you were in a lightning delay because the lightning was right there

Weren’t they in the 7th?

30 min to warm up. Then 1 hr to finish IF they don’t have much pen. There is not a 10 r rule and SHSU can score in bunches.

You are full of shite.

Everyone in this thread knows you are full of shite.

It's documented with radar evidence in this thread that what you state is false.

Lighting was out of the area for at least 2 hours since the 1st game suspension.

The days of common sense are gone. Too much technology now. It’s obvious a player would not have gotten struck by lightning in the last hour, but technology says we can’t play.

Lawsuits and criminal liability. OSHA even have mandated lightning stand downs based off range.

If they play and someone get struck the lawsuits.

Next lighting warning expires in about 15 minutes, there could be another.

But for long term planning tonight:

55 minutes in between games.

Which means LSU will certainly not start at 8pm

Latest a game can start is 11pm

Once it starts it’s on til it ends.

That's not what happened. The 5:55 start was delayed for a potential storm cell that has yet to come. The tulane game should be long over.

The 1-0 game against UNCW in 2015 started at 10:16 and ended after 1 am.

Then the Sunday night game got rained out like 30 minutes before it started and the Rant melted down and wanted Alleva's head on a stake.

I don’t think rain is the problem but the lightning is still too close.

I forget what the actual radius is. 7 miles or within 10 miles?

I heard a couple rumbles of thunder just a few minutes ago. Couple miles north of campus

Just click back through the thread. It's pretty well documented.

There's even pictures for the slow ones.
