This idea that subordinates have to make less than their bosses is stupid as shite. People who think this have a mental disease that makes them overcomplicate everything. You should pay people the least you can in order to retain them, up to their value. One word missing from that last sentence is “boss” - who cares what his friggin boss makes?Aranda’s value is more than Orgeron’s.

I want Alleva gone yesterday. I also have zero faith in F King Alexander to hire his replacement.

We should have paid O 1 mill...who would have countered or offered otherwise? If the plan is to have the best coordinators to compensate for your head coach ,(which is and always was a dumb plan) then who cares who gets paid more?

All season ticket holders need to hit this LSU AD and President right in their pocket books and that's in their money maker, LSU football.
That's the only answer. They think that their viewer and ticket numbers are a given and that they'll be okay as long as they service the cash cow. That was one reason they hired O - to get extra income from the butthurt stupid coonasses. But, the butthurt stupid coonasses will always hate LSU, and no amount of stupid coonass coaches is going to change that.

How are you done?

I only went to one school. So I can't be done. I'll always be a fan.

He has been getting paid. 1.8 million and the highest paid assistant in college football. Tripled his salary. LSU has had the highest assistant coaching payroll in the country.

If A and M take Aranda, it would literally cause the walls to fall and the kingdom to crumple. Losing 2 coordinators within a few weeks, plus a bowl loss, the instability this would cause will reverberate for month's, possibly years. One team, one heartbeat, it's a joke now. A head coach who meddles with his coordinators and gets rid of them for no good reason, creates turmoil and instability. I may ride with you on this one. If LSU isn't committed to winning, then my support won't make much difference.
