We lose Aranda I am done.. To be a top notch program you have to spend money

We aren't paying O big time money because he isn't a big time coach. Pay Aranda because he is a big time D coordinator. If Jimbo with his 8 million a year comes in and pays more and Aranda leaves I am done. All season ticket holders need to hit this LSU AD and President right in their pocket books and that's in their money maker, LSU football. Cancel Season tickets and watch them fall on their faces. If Aranda leaves we are at an all time low almost as bad as the Curley years. Coach and no coordinators

You can’t pay your DC damn near what your HC makes. Which points to the larger issue.. terrible HC

The only thing this move will do is unite the base behind firing Alleva (if you arent already on that train) and really take the heat off of Orgeron.
Surely Alleva knows this. I am assuming that he is doing everything in his power to keep Aranda (and himself) around.

There is a difference between spending money and wasting money. He is the highest paid assistant in football. LSU is spending money. There are better DCs making 1/3 of what he made. Everyone knew he would move on eventually. That is what assistants do. You replace him and move on.

Care to name some of these better DCs who make a third of his salary? I was under the impression y'all thought he was one of if not the best DC before Scotty W strolled along. Or are you just pulling things out of your arse?

Just because you are presently the highest paid coach doesnt mean someone else isn't willing to pay you more. You ever heard of a thing called "Supply and Demand"?
