Maybe he just wanted to laugh at all the triggered little snowflakes melting like they just got cucked. Imagine if the fans would get this upset over actual things that mattered, like the people responsible for wasted opportunities on the field. We might actually see some results.

I lived in Alabama for the last ten years, thankfully I'm back in Louisiana. I graduated from LSU back in 1973 and there is no way in hell that I would ever think of being a Bama fan. One thing that I learned living there is that the Bama fans are people who think that they invented football. The Auburn fans are more down to earth people. My dentist in Bama is an Auburn fan and he had nothing but good things to sat about LSU. He told me that LSU has the best tailgating in all of college football. He would ask me questions about why did LSU fire Miles and other things that made the paper in Montgomery concerning LSU. I would tell him that I had no idea since I wasn't back home. Auburn fans are pretty good people but the Gumps feel like they are superior like their head coach.

yes, I keep coming back to his post and this thread and rereading portions of it and contemplating the OP. I have no doubt that this never happened and is a complete fabrication as it makes no sense on any level if his grandfather was ever really an LSU fan.
What I think this is, is a Bama fan trolling, pretending to be an LSU fan, making up a story. His motives are unclear to me., but in some way I think he thinks this in some way props up Bama and would be a slap at LSU if his story were to be believed. He, as most Bama fans are, is deluded and may of thought it was a believable story

How can someone from Louisiana be an Alabama fan if their family is not from Alabama? I get Alabama transplants in Louisiana - even second or third generation. But, if you are FROM Louisiana, how can you pull for Alabama?
