Hes draft eligible next season. He can go somewhere and light it up next season and be done with shite. He isn’t sitting around to be a starter for 2 years. He’s has an nfl arm. Everyone saw it. Everyone knows he’s better than daniels. He’s gone if he doesn’t win the job in spring training. This is commonsense to anyone willing to take a step back and look at the situation.

Several posters have said, money talks. Not just in NIL money now but also potential draft money in the future. Yes he could wind up being the starter for LSU in 2025 but he misses out by not getting both practice and game reps beginning in 2023 & 2024 that will be vital to his success. Several people mentioned he didn't show much in his limited snaps in the bowl game, that's very true, but it's also very true that he's 3rd string QB and gets almost ZERO snaps with our offense. Both things can be true. Doesn't mean he's a bitch, and doesn't mean he has "no chest" (latest ranter overused word like cuck). Most of us on here make 6 figures or less, Howard has 8-9 figures on the line for his future career and you people act like you wouldn't do what was best for you with that kind of money on the line. Give me a break. So quick to throw him under the bus for transferring but we welcomed Burrow & Daniels with open arms, hypocrits.
I would have loved to see him as a Tiger, I would have rooted for him, but it's not to be. Good luck to you.

I am not sure if it mattered, but Howard dropped after his injury. He had 5 star talent.
