I worry the taunting from last year is the fuel Clark uses to go off on us Monday night.

Strange thread. Not a Van Lift hater, but she is down the list of key reasons we will beat Iowa. I would pick each of our other starters as more key. If Reese stays out of foul trouble and this same Flau'jae shows up, we win. I don't think Iowa has anyone that matches up with Morris. Williams looks comfortable with her shot and could get 20. I see a team win even though Caitlin Clark will probably go off. We just have too many weapons for them. Going to be fun!

What worries me is the officials calling the ticky tack fouls like they did in the national championship game. Even the women at halftime yesterday was talking about. LSU wil be more physical and FJ can keep up with Clark as long as she is in the game.

You don't think Clark's taunting is going to be forgotten by LSU players? You don't think our players will be motivated too? You don't think Van Lith is going to forget Clark's taunting in her face at last year's tournament telling her to "shut the **** up because they were up by so many points"? Van Lith is going to be motivated and go off on Iowa.

She will certainly bust her arse on defense as she usually does. Her offense will depend mostly on how Mulkey uses her. I suspect there will be plan to get HVL off the ball and more involved offensively, especially if Johnson will be asked to stay with Clark all game.

HVL does have a better opportunity to score against the Iowa guards than some of the others she’s been up against. As others have said the inside will be where we beat them. Can’t miss the point blank stuff though.
