Kovac: “The gun is there. He just admitted that he had one … he had one bullet.” (Sheriff’s deputy finds the 9mm Taurus on the floor ~15–20 feet away.)
Deputy: “I got a weapon.”

Torrez: “Leave the gun there.” (Deputy stands guard by the gun.)
Officer (on radio): “We have the shooter.”
Kovac: “I told the (assistant principal) that there was a threat earlier about it.”

Officer: “How old is he?”
Kovac: “He is 6 years old. He has been on a modified schedule. His mother is to pick him up at 2:30. This is his first week without his mother coming to school with him.”
Torrez (on radio, putting on gloves): “1346, myself, and 2347 — and a sheriff’s deputy — are inside Room 11 with the suspect. Gun is secure.”
Kovac: “And I called 911 when I heard this. I’m the reading specialist. I came down the hall. She had blood.”
Boy: (unintelligible, then) “frick you, bitch.” (flashes middle finger at Kovac)
Officer: “We have some small handcuffs?”
Kovac: “Do you want me to stay?”
Torrez: “You can stay for now. If you feel comfortable … Um, is he OK?”
Kovac: “He’s fine. You fine? Turn around. When you shot the gun, did anything hurt you?”
Boy: “No.”
Kovac: “Let me see your hands.” (inspects them)
Officer: “Where is the weapon?”
Kovac: “It’s on the floor.”
Boy: “It’s over there, whore.”
Kovac: “Stop. That’s not how we speak to each other.”
Boy: “frick you. frick you. frick you, bitch.”
Kovac: “I mean, he does have the gun residue, looks like.” (points to white powdery substance on the boy’s hand)
Torrez: “OK, let’s just not touch his hands or anything, OK?”
Officer: (asks age again)
Kovac: “He is 6.”
Boy: “My mom had that. I stole that from my mom.” (gestures toward the handgun)
Sergeant: “OK, buddy. What’s your name?” (Boy’s name is muted on the released footage.)
Boy: “If you want a piece of me, come get it on, bitch. I don’t care if you call backup. I don’t care if I go to jail, bitch.”
Sergeant: “OK, buddy.”
Kovac: “We know you know that language — and you know that’s not appropriate. Mrs. Kovac’s NOT happy with that.” (Sound consistent with a punch; Kovac later testified the boy punched her and knocked her glasses off. View partially blocked.)
Kovac: “You’re done.” (gets up, holding her glasses)
Sergeant: “Young man. Come here. You’re gonna come with me, son.” (Boy is escorted out of the classroom.)

The mother of the 6-year-old who shot his teacher and then told cops, "f*ck you... b*tch," blamed the incident on his ADHD.

During an interview following the shooting, the boy's mother, Deja Taylor, said he had a "disability."

"He has ADHD... he doesn't sit still ever."

In the interview, Turner also appeared to point blame at the teacher for suspending her child, claiming he "accidentally" knocked her phone out of her hand.

The teacher, Abigail Zwerner, suffered a gunshot wound to the hand and chest. She needed multiple surgeries and spent weeks in the hospital.

I'm not a doctor, but I don't think ADHD makes you shoot your teacher.
