treyholly1 As you guys know I was recently arrested on 3 felony charges. I have been falsely identified, accused, and arrested. I am 100% innocent and the people that know me know this is not my character at all. I was not involved in the incident at all. I was at home which is where the incident took place. I turned myself in because I was notified of an arrest warrant and I wanted to fully cooperate. Due to this being an ongoing investigation I cannot give many details but I can make you guys aware that I was not involved AT ALL, not in any altercation, not in any shooting, not in any form or fashion did I aid or having anything to do with what transpired that day. To my fans I'm sorry for the confusion but you guys know this is not me at all. I will come back better than ever and I look forward to proving my innocence. To the REAL ONES thank you guys for standing beside me through this tough time, I got this and my story will be told one day and it will be LEGENDARY.

I hope he's right.

That said, not too many people happen to randomly be at a murder scene just randomly.

This is not how it's supposed to work.

He wrote that it happen at his home. According to reports, it appears to be projects. If so, errrrbody was there.

No one should jump to conclusions until all the facts come out.

Probably not wise to go on IG and talk about an impending murder trial

You have to think his lawyer vetted this and approved it. He is just working the jury pool. There is probably no dispute about the general location where he was when it happened.

Hope he's telling the truth. If he's been falsely arrested it's a grave miscarriage of justice.

Yeah it's not wise if you are culpable in some way. If you are truly innocent, then you should scream it loudly and publicly, every single chance you get. Your reputation and football career does not hinge on the legal burden of proof in a criminal case. It hinges on whether the public believes that you were involved in wrongdoing that resulted in a murder.

If not, then tell everyone every chance you get. Say it to the DA's office when you're interviewed. When you're deposed prior to trial, say it again. And if the DA doesn't drop the charges or plead you down to a traffic ticket, then say it again at trial.
