re: Tommy Tuberville: Nick Saban would love to have Steve Ensminger

Doesn't say a whole lot about the program when LSU has to bring out a washed up coach who is an old buddy of O to spin this. But hey the way O is hiring his friends I wouldn't be surprised if Tuberville ends up on staff.

I seriously, seriously doubt that Tommy.

I guess you need to ask Les those questions. Wasn't he the HC.
I can SE telling LM that he was running the wrong plays.

Tubberville fired Ensminger after a year

Looks like Alabama is set to hire Mike locksley as offense coordinator who is already on staff with bama. Heard saban really wants to hire freeze in some position on his staff. Not sure what or what has to go thru the sec to get him in there with all his issues. So can Lsu finally beat the shite out of bama. Mike locksley is not a huge name known for calling plays so just a thought. That's what I saw looks like bama going same route as lsu promoting from within to offense coordinator. I think ensminger will do well in 2018 season but I already see a good back up plan for 2019 season offense coordinator. * Kendal briles. He a solid hire for offense coordinator, good offensive mind. Anyone know the deal on Kevin faulk. Shouldn't take long, freeze has all kinda issues so faulk should be on staff and announced ??

Holy shite, why not change your signature to, “I’ve never even played touch football”?
I promise you our tight ends can catch.

to be fair LSU didn't even fake throwing to TE until the last year
I have laughed for years that LSU has a tight ends coach
To me LSU having a tight ends coach is like Chip Kelly having a fullbacks backs coach

Seriously...frick Tuberville. I sort of quit hating him a few years ago, but if he feels the need to keep stepping into this then he can gladly go frick himself with a chainsaw again.
Yeah! The nerve of him saying something positive about an LSU coach. I seriously wonder about our "fans."

E May very well be the most brilliant OC to ever grace a program, but what I’d like is an explanation of why we bothered spending seven figures and a season on Canada (with great fanfare, mind you) when this OC genius was already on the payroll the whole time.
I mean, he’s either brilliant and O made a huge misrepresentation of the Canada hire or he’s not that great and O’s just selling a sub-par hire like he’d sell a Hummer. But he can’t have it both ways.

Tubberville has no idea...or he is a dishonest hack who is speaking up for a friend.

Tubby sees O giving all his boys cushy jobs, and is trying to get himself one.

A TE coach who produced TEs that didn’t contribute to offense.......
Was Miles suppressing the TEs or were they not coached well enough to be reliable receivers

That wasn't the point. I watch every game and am quite aware they can catch. The OP was implying they were useless, perhaps because he saw them drop a few.

Ok. So based on these statements from TT we should expect to boat race just about everyone we play next year?
Can we expect to see more involvement from the tightends? Not just blocking?
Set up jet sweeps for them and call it B-52 sweeps?

a drastic improvement on offense next year
Didn't LSU's head coach promise us a "drastic improvement on offense next year" after the 2011 season?
...and the 2012 season?
...and the 2013 season?
...and the 2014 season?
...and...
