The cool thing about contracts is that if a provision, inclusive of bylaws (which are incorporated into contracts by reference), is found to be unlawful, it is void.
Following that logic, any disciplinary action resulting from enforcing that void provision could, ostensibly, be a breach of contract by the SEC.

The issue is when Sankey was on the stand he reportedly couldn’t define what a pro was. He mentioned when they run out of eligibility etc.
This will be messy, but I am glad we are standing for principle. The principle of the NCAA and SEC needs to get their act together.

We CANNOT play RJ Luis. That has to die now. Playing him would invalidate everything we are fighting for.

It's amazing we're watching a guy primarily known for taking on the NCAA completely take the side of the NCAA and the conference in this case.
This guy was literally Trinidad Chambliss' attorney who helped him get around the NCAA's rule book, after the NCAA said he was ineligible and denied his 6th year 3 different times.
I guess he feels emboldened to defend the SEC since, for some reason, the SEC didn't take offense to Chambliss getting to play his 6th year only because of a judge's order.

Furthermore as I just told Tom on his X feed ( dude hates me because I’ve been challenged him and winning on every point ) -LSU can produce DOZENS of examples where they associated with conduct with no complaint that they now claim they do not agree with. This is selective enforcement-always against LSU.

The Bediako case completely exposes the SEC to the possibility of collusion. The federal suit is so sloppy. I read it. Looks like a high schooler wrote it using ChatGPT.
