It’s even stranger that it’s LSU fans considering the demands put on all our other coaches.

I really don’t get the Mcmen

Everybody always says McMahon is a great guy, well if he was really great he would do the honorable thing and go find another job so we don’t have to fire him. I had a lot of respect for Trent Johnson for doing that. He knew he wasn’t cut out for this job and he went to TCU.

It’s always the people who aren’t donating anything wants to keep firing people. How much are you contributing?

He is gone after this year. He knows it and so do the players. Did not make the NCAA tournament.

Eastern TN is not the south. Nothing you say moving forward after this declaration should be taken seriously.

I think most everyone from Tennessee would agree their state is in the South, even in East Tennessee, a region which opposed secession.

MM missed 40 shots going 29-69 from the field. Gotcha . Its time to "move one" from the old fossils affiliated to the program that are in the boosters ears. Florida, Alabama have figured that out.

Wrong again. In 1861, the region was dominated by the Cherokee (now known as the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians) who overwhelmingly supported the confederacy. For good reason, but that’s a different discussion.

Regardless, Eastern TN is Appalachian culturally. Not southern.

He needs to go but Verge’s comments in Q&A the other day aren’t encouraging if Verge is telling the truth. If don’t have the money or don’t want to spend the $ to fire him (which is spread out over several years) then how are you going to fund NIL for next season which would need to be similar $’s and all due next year. Will get exponentially worse.
