I got a 26kW air cooled Generac put in last year right before hurricane season. Haven’t had to run it for an extended period yet, actually didn’t lose power during last hurricane in BR. I do know Generac is coming out with a new air cooled model later this year or early 26. It won’t run the electric heat on the hvac so keep that in mind. I was all in around $13k

I really don’t get the commitment to more NIL at this point. Does that mean McMahon is going to fill out a whole new roster next year? we’ve already got the high school guys signed. You’re either going to be paying more for guys that are about to go 4-14 at best in conference or you have to completely overhaul the roster, or possibly overpay for guys who make you marginally better. I’ve listen to McMahon talk about how he wants to build this program and this AD is basically painting him into a corner he doesn’t want to be in. They’ve got a lot of balls to put out this narrative right now.

Just bought a isprimg three filter system this week. I’m replumbing my whole house to pex from galvanized pipes so I thought this was a good time to go ahead and add the filtration system. House is raised so easy access to replace all the pipes. I will be doing a bypass loop and also all of my outside house bibs will not be connected to filter system, have them running on a separate main line.

The ispring was on sale for under $500, all my other parts and components for the repipe are under a thousand bucks. Had a plumber quote me $7000 to repipe the house a year ago. I need to get into being a handyman for those prices. I am going to get him to repipe my gas lines though.
