Concessions suck

I’m just curious how many of you jokers complaining are grandfathered in and don’t have a mandatory TAF donation to pay with your seats? Guess what? If the stadium gets a full renovation as many other SEC schools have done, you will now be paying a mandatory TAF donation every year for every seat, That means the best seats (even those previously grandfathered in) are given to those with the most points.
I get that it seems like there is plenty of money to go around with NIL, but that just means less money for renovations. The only solution for that is for everyone to pay up. It’s coming.
If you had to choose, would the team suck? Or would you rather sit in a seat that has been fine for the last 40 years with no upgrades?

Any new stadium takes in to account comfort. Look at new titans stadium, new mls stadiums etc. Change is good when mens bathrooms allow for a quick urination break and back to the action. No way should it take half an hour to pee at halftime

Might be cheaper to give the larger fans Ozempic. I sat in Row 1 this year behind the bench. It was a good time being so close to the celebs/team. BUT, the seats are very cramped if you have larger people mixed in. The large baw I was sitting next to ended up being awesome. He drives in from Texas for the games. I can see it being pretty miserable though.

Stanchions at concession stands are desperately needed for halftime of SEC games. It is damn aggravating to attempt to go to the bathroom, only to have to break through multiple lines across the entire concourse width of people trying to get concessions.
Use the damn stanchions, let people line up in a more efficient manner, and let people move to the next open cashier or station rather than being stuck forever in one slow moving line.
They're probably not needed for in-state, or rent-a-win games, but I'd advise using them anyway so people don't forget.

Professionally managed football turf.
Scott Field at Davis Wade Stadium has repeatedly earned the distinction as the top college football turf in the country by the Sports Turf Managers Association.
Brandon Hardin used to be at LSU

Yeah, good turf really helps the Gameday experience.

Part of the LSU charm in my opinion. Something’s always a little off.

Drink venders spread around. Tiger dog areas spread around.

Been saying this. It would cut some seat numbers, but honestly it's for the better.

I get that, there just seems to be no flow and symmetry to the building. It’s a lot better than these new cookie cutter stadiums, but it could be better.

I would like to stand on artificial turf instead of concrete while at my seat.

We need a good post-game traffic exit upgrade. Sometimes it takes an hour to get out of my lot, an hour and a half to get home, then when I get home I naturally have too rewatch the game.

The lower bowl concourses are too narrow and crowded
In a hundred year old stadium that utilizes the interior structural footprint of the stadium to move people, and with one continuous level on the west and east sidelines, I don't believe there is a viable option to doing anything to improve this.
Even the recent SEZ renovation was done to a "newer" stadium addition that didn't have to deal with dorms and had two distinct piling supported sections to work with. And they still butchered it.
With the three upper decks, they have already decimated the roman colosseum look of the facade of what was one of the most distinct and beautiful exteriors of any stadium in existence. Hell they did it twice on the west side. Even if it was a viable solution, I shudder to think the shite architecture they would come up with in trying to grow the footprint in order to accommodate wider concourses.
To go from this....
To this is a travesty

This GOAT Field Design needs to seriously materialize back into Reality.

Which is exactly what the old bathrooms in south stadium used to do. There was rarely a line when 50 men could piss into a trough in the floor and a door at the front and the rear. The idiot who redesigned the bathroom into individual urinals and the entry/exit passing through the same space should never be allowed to work again.
