The entire lower bowl needs to be pressure washed and repaint the portals and sections along the sidelines. The NEZ needs to be reconfigured and concourses widened for better bathrooms and concessions. I walk out of my seats and you’ve got lines going every direction and assholes sitting on the ground trying to charge their phone.
