I am most disappointed in Simpson. I thought he was going to be a baller.

Ok so before you guys crashout….im not implying he’s not a good coach or on any type of hot seat because he is a great coach and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon….but my answer here is Jay Johnson. With the number of Ws he’s had in the portal to have all these Ls in a single cycle is disappointing.

Noot, Guidry, Rizzy, Williams. The core of pitchers that HAVE frickING BEEN in the program not doing shite all season.
Had Moore stayed healthy this team is in the field of 64. It is really simple - pitching lost this season.

EVANS... Easily the most disappointing.

I thought he was going to be a lights out Friday night guy.
I still think he has the talent, but he has been way too inconsistent.

He has great stuff, but when he is off, opposing players can stand there with their bat on their shoulder, and he'll walk em around...

Williams
Rizy
Noot

Sucks when this pitching staff had so many arms that were poised to make jumps and few did…that and your #1 and #2 starters being out for a majority of SEC play is a recipe for disaster.

I suspect CJJ would readily agree with you. Which is a good thing. He learns. He adapts.

I said it in adams preview. Felt like we were putting too much on him this year. It was a big jump to Fri night, following 2 greats, with a weak defense, and no help behind him in the pen. Not a recipe for success

Biggest disappointment is definitely Rizy bc all the TD "experts" who watched preseason ball claimed he was gonna tear it up

Not really his fault but I didn’t see Stany hitting .229 with 9 rbi this year.
