It's a little weird to me that current students feel so connected to Neck even though they've never heard it played live at a game.

I was all in on Neck back in college and yelled STTDB many a time, but even I think it's time to move on.

I'm very confident current students could find a new chant that would be just as lit, and wouldn't get cancelled... but what do I know?

It’s great when done at the right time.
If we are beating Bama in football hell yeah. I want that shite ringing in Nick Sabans ears.

But to do it every game or event it loses its value. It becomes like the wave.

Should they do it at swim meets ? What about during gymnastics ?

Do it , but know when to reserve it for those epic moments that only come around once or twice a year.
