Played a round at U Club and some of yall know Coach O owns a house. Saw him on the back patio, hit him with the "Geaux Tigers" which of course he returned. I said back "Aint gonna bother you anymore, but you plan on being on the sidelines any time soon?" To which he responded "Might be soon" with that dumb arse South Lafourche laugh.

Teachers recieve a pension. Its based on years of services and funds TYPICALLY go into a TRS. When you retire they take the 5 years of highest earning and determine BY THE YEARS OF SERVICE AND ACCOUNT GROWTH, what your payment is accordingly. At 30 years, my mom recieves a check every month roughly 75% of what she made her last 5 years.

Mom retired after 30 years with the school system. Pretty sure I have a great idea of how it works.
Both of my SILs are also in the school system. Ones a vice principal and the other is a teachers aide.
Their healthcare is better than the vast majority of those who work in the private sector.

Total working days a year? 180. Total hours a day? 8
They work over 100 days LESS than anyone else and have a full pension with some of the best health care on the market.
Teachers are more than paid fairly, especially when you take into consideration that a kindergarten teacher makes the same as a teacher who teaches algebra to seniors.

The portal guys this year across college baseball weren't as good as previous years. I just dont think this is just Jay not evaluating. We took the best of what was available and they just weren't that great at the next level.
Texas Tech had the #1 transfer class. 22-20 record.
LSU was #2
Ole Miss 3rd 30-12 but 10-8 in SEC
Oregon was 4th
And Miami who is 10-8 in ACC play.
So 3 out of the top 5 didnt pan out.

Its the best fit sitting for ine year under Rodgers, but I stand with thats too high of a pick to use on a player who hasn't developed like we all assumed.
