The rich schools can now out bid the other school for the elite athletes. The recruiting wars will not be fair or the same going forward

Nothing has changed in recruiting besides the fact that everyone can basically admit to paying players rather than keeping it under wraps.

So let's get organized now and combat it

Surely we can pool money and go after players we want

The rich people can now out bid the other people for the scarce resources that enable the generation of wealth. The recruiting wars and life in general will continue to be unfair going forward.

Actually yes, with the “Dodge Chargers” etc..... it was within limits, you couldn’t get out of control too easy to bring down heat. So everyone did it within the rules. Now there are no rules, highest bidder wins, and there is no cap on the bidding so that means the Colleges with the deepest pocketed alumni will rise to the top. Everyone else is flat out screwed.

ULM has the smallest football budget in FBS. They may as well shut it down or move down to FCS.

Yeah.. exactly why I am not worried about LSU being relevant going forward. If anything we benefit from this all.

Yep, Vanderbilt can finally take their place at the top because players can get paid for what they do off the field.

Players can get paid anywhere. They want to win, they want to be prepared to transition to the NFL. Brands will continue to win. If you want to be mad at something be mad at the transfer portal. Not the ability of the players to make money off the field.
