Look...... I'm so tired of you people crying about the corporate environment in the stadium

You scream at the mountain tops for wanting an elite program..... That costs money..... Revenue must be generated

It's like you fricking idiots can't understand how business works.

You want tickets to cost $10? You want a $1 hot dog? Then LSU will have the resources that match the revenue. And at that point, we'd be Southern Miss.

I don't know why I'm wasting my time because some of you are smart enough to understand. And apparently, the OP is one of those people

The question is, "why do these big-wallet LSU fans leave early when other team's big-wallet fans don't leave early?"

The answer is they do, LSU fans just notice it at LSU

I'm not screaming about it. But when you've demanded nothing but that for a couple of decades to the exclusion of everything else, don't then complain when you get what you want.

Just an observation from an old timer but I walked around the stadium just to check out the tailgating scene in comparison to what TS offered back in the day.One thing was evident, and this from one who still enjoys his Irish whisky, is that I saw huge, huge crowds that were smashed. Hours before kickoff. Does anyone expect "a drunk" to sit for 3 hrs watching a football game? Don't get me wrong, we smuggled whisky into TS with the best of them. But we were not stumbling drunks before the game even started.

The main reason is people drive in from all over the state.

They leave early to get an early start back to where they came from.

This is a drawback to night games rather than day games. Of course during a day game the heat will clear out the west side of the stadium in a hurry.

Why do people leave early? Because the difference between leaving at the end of the third and the end of the fourth quarters is another 2 hours to get to New Orleans or Lafayette if you wait.

Traffic is the #1 excuse for all of this. We could put a 8 lane hyper track out of the stadium and it would still empty at halftime. Today's "fan" just basically sucks.

I may have had some drinks, but its always the big money fans on the 50 that leave.

Those yellow lower bowl seats are ALWAYS empty.

The endzones looked full last night.

You people need to clean the sand out of your vagina's and get over it. If you don't like what people do with the seats they pay good money for, Buy the tickets and give them to people who will stay the entire game.

It's like someone let a bunch of spoiled 3 year olds on tRant with this incessant whining about the stadium.

So much this. I’ve never before even told to not stand up and cheer beforenuntil I sat there for the LSU south Carolina reschedule game.

The blue hair behind me even thought he was insulting me by saying you’re not in an end zone now. We sit down here

I sit in the suites but frick blockparty, there shouldn’t be a commercialization of tailgating at LSU

My perception is that fans used to go for a football game with some partying (tailgating) on the side. Now, “fans” go for a party with (part of) a football game on the side. It’s not just LSU, though

That was the case 6-7 years ago. My tailgate would have 200 people, 60 would stay and watch the game on TV and drain a keg or two during the game.

Now with Alleva parking disaster, many of those will not come to campus now. Tailgate had to disband. Traffic has gotten much worse even with less people attending. They have found a way to screw up every facet of tailgating.

Bama would have 180K on campus now you may have 102K. Alleva killed the tailgato atmosphere.

Tickets used to be all the same price (cost divided by number of tickets) until LSU assigned each opponent a mythical and farcical value.

Really you think a ticket vs SLU has the same value as UGA or Bama?

BTW this is also something every one else does, in fact LSU was late to the party in that

Tickets were cheap man, I sat in the stadium club for $105 a ticket. I’m not sure what you expect to pay but the prices are pretty much the same across the SEC.
